My go-to salmon seasoning
This is my favourite way to season salmon at home. Perfect for entertaining, date night, or a quick weeknight dinner. It's brushed in a garlic butter and baked, which pretty much means you can't go wrong with this recipe!
Equipment
- Baking tray
- Small mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 1 salmon filet (skin on) aprox. 2 lbs
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Place a large piece of foil on baking sheet, place salmon fillet on top (skin side down)
- Combine melted butter and minced garlic.
- Brush half of the butter mixture over salmon. Combine the remaining spices in a small bowl and evenly sprinkle over salmon.
- Drizzle with the rest of the garlic butter.
- Bake salmon for 15-20 minutes and then, enjoy!
