Quick and Healthy Tuna Pasta Salad
Made with leftover pasta and packed with veggies, this Mediterranean inspired tuna pasta salad is my go-to lunch on busy weekdays.

- 1 cup cooked pasta
- 1 can Ocean's Chunk Light Tuna
- 2 tbsp chopped red onion
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 chopped cucumber
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese optional
If you don't already have cooked elftover pasta available, boil the pasta according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, chop the veggies and add them to a large bowl.
Combine with the tuna.
Once the pasta is cooked, rinse it under cold water and let it drain thoroughly. Add it to the bowl with the other ingredients.
Add olive oil, parsley and feta cheese to the bowl. Mix well.
