Recipe: Crowd-Pleasing Creamy Lobster Dip
Picture the scene: you’ve been invited to a dinner party last minute. You’re stuck at work and have no time to go to the grocery store before you get home. What can you whip up with ingredients that you already have that will be tasty and not look thrown together last minute?
Enter: creamy lobster dip.
This lobster dip is my go-to for dinner parties, housewarmings, potlucks – pretty much any event in which I have to bring food.
Sometimes, I also just enjoy it on a solo girl’s night in.
This is not your average chip dip. Baking this in the oven for a few minutes lets the lobster flavours really sink in, completely elevating the flavour profile of the dip. And the extra cheese on top? *chefs kiss*
Fair warning, you’ll probably be getting A LOT of dinner party invitations after you start bringing this dish around…
